Great customer service and a gorgeous office

Dylan has been great to work with. I started working with him about a years ago and since I am not from Connecticut. He has been very flexible about treating me whenever I am in the area. The new location is beautiful and he puts so much work into what he does. He knows what he is doing and does a great job at it! I highly recommend this pace to anyone if you are looking to get a tattoo removal. I have seen great progress within the first session and have continued to see progress throughout my sessions. I will be sad whenever my sessions are done because Dylan is a great person to work with and values his customers.

Dylan walks you through the process of tattoo removal in such a realistic way. He also provides a safe and clean environment which is so important because making the decision to remove a tattoo is so tough and can be an emotional process. Highly recommend meeting with Dylan if you are considering full removal or removal to cover!

I have been seeing Dylan for laser tattoo removal sessions for over a year. I even followed him to his beautiful, brand new facility in Thomaston. It is clean and inviting. Dylan is so professional, while doing such a great job of making the process is comfortable as possible. I plan to come back to explore more laser treatments!

I would highly recommend going to Laser center of New England if you want to remove or fade an existing tattoo. Friendly atmosphere, very clean & nice studio + quality work.

I have had 2 treatments for tattoo removal and am very pleased with my experience. Dylan and his team have created a very warm, comfortable environment. When you leave, you feel like you just exited a luxurious spa. He explained the science behind tattoo removal very thoroughly and I quickly felt very comfortable trusting him with this procedure. I will be sure to post before and after pictures once my removal is complete. They also offer many other skin treatments so don't hesitate to call for a consultation.

First off, I cannot believe the education I recived about tattoo removal ,Dylan spent an hour with me explaining everything there is to know about tattoo removal.
I did try a couple other places and none of them compared to the education that Dylan has about laser treatment.
