I found Laser Center of New England when I was searching for tattoo removal.

Dylan was so great at explaining how the process works, what the after treatment will go and how it changes through different stages of the process. I felt so comfortable working with him that I also decided to do a treatment for some scarring on my face from poison ivy I had a few months ago.

I was able to do my first session of both treatments on the same day. We're expecting to do 3-4 sessions on my face and about 10 for the tattoo.

The space was clean, professional, and welcoming definitely not intimidating like I expected. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain how the laser works, what to expect during each session, and how to care for my skin afterward. He also super gentle, and the discomfort was much less than I anticipated.
